Annual Retreat: Once a year we meet in a new location around the country (or internationally) to connect as a team, plan for the year ahead, have fun, and be recognized for our hard work.
Continuing Education Stipend: We invest in the growth of our team members. Each employee receives an annual stipend to further their knowledge in their field.
No more commuting! You’ll save money AND TIME working from home, but you can expect to make up for hours commuting by putting in more work. At AYR, 40+ hour work weeks DO happen.
We promote from within: We hire the best because we want our employees to be in it for the long haul. We provide our team with clear promotional pathing and tools to achieve what they need to in order to get to the next level within the organization.
Wellness stipend: We provide a monthly stipend to each employee to invest in wellness related costs of their choice (ie: subscription meal services, massage packages, vitamins, gym memberships AND MORE!).
In general, our team is fast-paced, quickly growing, and we value having FUN while working hard (ie: the use of memes and gifs are HIGHLY encouraged on a daily basis). Our Dream Team is truly one of our greatest assets, and is often mentioned as one of the best parts of working at AYR.
